Simon Sterns started out as an ordinary janitor with bellow average intelligence, working at the secret base of the Light, a supervillain gorup. With this newfound power General Ross became Wrathulk, a constant threat to Hulking Martian. The flames completely destroyed General Ross’ body, down to subatomic level but his rage towards the Hulking Martian held his existence together, creating him a newer, hulking body with the addition of third eye which gave him the psionic powers to match his hated enemy. He arranged a deal with A.M.M.O and their leader, ENIGMA exposed him to flames of Py’tar, siphoned alien source pure gamma radiation. Being tired of constant loses to the Hulking Martian, General Ross participated in an experiment to turn himself into a monster. Rulling over the aliens as a dictatorial warden in hidden Moon Base, no alien was safe under his iron fist except the Hulking Martian, to whom he hated for not being able to capture and contain. Enraged, Frank takes his mercenary uniform and paints it to resemble a skull so the criminals will know what hit them.Įiling (Despair) Ross was once a general of Earth’s space-force tasked with hunting extra-terestrial forces. Frank’s brother snitched on him and later just as their mother was about to shoot Frank with the pop Frank acted fast and threw sawdust in her eyes, causing her to missfire hitting a large tree branch which fell on her and his snitch brother, killing them. His evil mother forced Frank and his brother to kill their father for savings, but Frank who loved his pop for teaching him how to hunt in the forest didn’t want to go through with it so he secretly informed his dad of her plan.
